If a customer does not meet the applicable legal requirements, the transaction will not be completed.

3. Firearm Transfers

Firearms will only be transferred in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

When an FFL transfer is required, the firearm will be transferred through a properly licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) for lawful transfer to the purchaser.

For customers residing outside the state where C3 Firearms is licensed, firearms will be handled in accordance with applicable federal and state transfer requirements. The customer may be required to take final delivery through an FFL located in the customer's state of residence.

A firearm will not be released or transferred until all applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.

4. Background Checks and Required Documentation

Where required by law, the purchaser must complete all required forms, background checks, identification procedures, and other legally required steps before a firearm can be transferred.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in cancellation of the transaction.

C3 Firearms will not knowingly complete a transaction that violates applicable law.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order through the website does not guarantee that the order will be accepted or completed.

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance by C3 Firearms. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order for any lawful reason, including legal or regulatory requirements, inability to verify information, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, or inability to complete the required transfer.

If an order is cancelled before completion, any refund will be handled according to our applicable refund and cancellation policy.

When an FFL transfer is required, the firearm will be shipped to an appropriately licensed FFL for lawful transfer to the purchaser.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the receiving FFL is able and willing to complete the transfer and that the transaction complies with the laws applicable to the purchaser's state and locality.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier delays, regulatory requirements, verification procedures, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

8. Transfers That Cannot Be Completed

If a firearm cannot legally be transferred to a purchaser, the transaction will not be completed.

This may include, but is not limited to, failure to satisfy applicable age requirements, failure to pass a required background check, inability to verify required information, restrictions under applicable state or local law, or other legal restrictions.

Additional fees or return-shipping costs may apply where permitted by law and according to our posted policies.

9. Prohibited Purchases and Straw Purchases

Customers may not purchase firearms on behalf of another person when doing so would constitute an unlawful straw purchase or otherwise violate applicable law.

The purchaser must be the actual intended purchaser and must provide truthful information during the transaction and any required transfer process.

C3 Firearms will not knowingly participate in an unlawful straw purchase or other prohibited transaction.

10. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Firearm returns, cancellations, and refunds are subject to applicable law and C3 Firearms' posted return policy.

Once a firearm has entered the transfer process, additional requirements may apply before a return, cancellation, or refund can be completed.

Customers should contact C3 Firearms before attempting to return any regulated product.

11. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the product you are ordering.

  • You meet all applicable age requirements.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
